The $10 Indian Head Gold Eagle was minted from 1907-1933 and is the last $10 gold coin which was struck for circulation. It was designed by the revered Augustus Saint-Gaudens. In 1910, the Denver Mint struck over 2 million $10 Gold Indians, and less than 1% of those coins have been graded AU58 by PCGS. Furthermore, the grade of the coin has been verified by the Certified Acceptance Corporation (CAC). CAC holds coins to a higher standard so collectors can be confident in the value of their pieces. They are a third party that verifies previously graded coins and award their sticker only to those coins that meet the standard for today’s selective buyer.
The coin(s) featured is an example of the piece we have in stock. The coin(s) you receive may have a different certification number than pictured. Coins that are in PCGS/NGC protective holders will all have a label protected within the holder that will indicate the coin's certification number, grade, date, denomination, and unique bar code.
